In small and undeveloped countries problem with the homeless, poor and hungry is bigger every day, as well as number of people who are on the street because they are mentally ill and psychiatric hospitals can not pay for their treatment. The government does not care about it, and they have no money and can not help themselves. Such people are completely incapable of any action and helplessly sit or roam the streets hungry, dirty, torn, and sicker then before. No one knows exactly how many there are on the streets and no one knows how many of them die every day in the harsh winter conditions with extremely low temperatures.
