In many countries poverty has reached a large scale, so many children have extremely poor living conditions. Those poor kids roam the streets looking for food and money, and what they get is not enough for basic needs. Not to mention education, because these children are left to themselves and mercy of the people around them. Countries which are faced with the problem are not capable to cope with it and need international assistance. In South and South-East Europe, the biggest problem with the poor and hungry children refers to the Roma population which is not well enough accepted by a majority of people, and the individuals who are struggling to help them are lonely and with lack of assistance of the international community and institutions.
